“Fire India 2019” and “SafetyEx” (19th to 21st September 2019) featured at Delhi’s Pragati Maidan and proved to be a hugely successful mega Exhibition & Conference on fire safety with the theme “Fire Safe & disaster free India – Building a Surakshit Bharat”. The event got off to a fabulous start. The overall atmosphere was supercharged from the word go and did not lose momentum till the very end. The event clocked more than 3 lac footfalls and 157 exhibitors participation enthusiastically on both days.
This grand event was Inaugurated by Sh. M. Nageshwara Rao, IPS, Director General, Fire Services, Civil Defence & Home Guards on 19th September 2019 and Other dignitaries/guests who graced the occasion were Dr. G.C. Misra, President Institution of Fire Engineers (India), Sh. Anuj Aggarwal, Chairman, Airports Authority of India, Sh. S. Suresh Kumar IAS, JS & Addl. CEO, GeM, Sh. S. Rath, Member (T&I), PNGRB, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Sh. Rajesh Panwar, Vice President Institution of Fire Engineers (India).
Fire accidents have been a cause for concern in recent times across the country. Despite the best efforts and endeavours of safety personnel, all concerned agencies and good Samaritans the track record has not been anything to be proud of. Fire fighting has proved to be a new and formidable challenge every time.
The exhibition offered a huge welcoming opportunity not just to experts to spruce up their acts, but also to all attendees to know and learn about fire safety first hand from the best in the game. There were many product launches and new exhibitors got a chance to showcase their products as well as attract a huge number of visitors. Attendees included eminent Fire officers, architects, MEP Consultants, HVAC Consultants, Fire Advisors, Fire engineers and others.
Reputed to be one of the Biggest Fire & Safety extravaganzas in Asia, Fire India 2019 provided a golden opportunity to all concerned to reboot to the very latest in fire safety and be abreast with the most modern technologies, products and related paraphernalia that help enhance fire safety worldwide.
The highlight of this exhibition & conference is the simultaneous presence of a myriad of Exhibitors, manufacturers and dealers/distributors of the latest and best in fire safety related products, technologies and services under one roof. As many as 185 brands were present at this exhibition & conference.
