Expands its healthcare PPE range to offer protection to healthcare workers- Currently manufacturing 10,000 face shields on a daily basis
April 27th, 2020: Amidst the shortage of PPE equipment during the global pandemic, KARAM, India’s leading Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) manufacturing company has started manufacturing medical face shields to offer protection to healthcare workers treating Covid-19 patients. The company has been manufacturing around 10,000 face shields on a daily basis and is looking at ramping up the production in the days to come.
This is the company’s second initiative to provide support to the healthcare workers through safety products amid the ongoing situation. Earlier this month, they had partnered with the Government of India to manufacture protective goggles for doctors and the police workforce across the country.

Moreover, the company is also looking at further expanding its offering and providing the entire safety kits to fight the pandemic.
