Halma India opens new office in Bengaluru

Regional Headquarters reflect Halma's philosophy of integrity, innovation and empowerment

Halma PhotoHalma India recently opened its new Bengaluru regional office in Whitefield's landmark corporate and residential township – Prestige Shantiniketan. The office is the new regional headquarters of Halma India and is a milestone in Halma's journey in India and a reflection of the company's vision for the country as a key market for its subsidiaries. Many Halma subsidiaries are already undertaking their firmware development, engineering design and global sourcing in India, further building on Halma's commitment to keeping India at the centre of its growth plans.

Mr. Prasenjit Datta, Managing Director, Halma India said, “India has been identified as a strategic region for growth within emerging markets for Halma's subsidiaries and is on top priority from a business perspective in the Asia-Pacific region. With investments in talent, marketing, service support and infrastructure, we aim to take strategic advantage of our expertise and resources for the benefit of Halma companies across the globe, along with increased investment in the Indian market. This new office space is a prominent milestone for Halma India and its design reflects Halma's culture of autonomy and individual empowerment, combined with the company's traditional values of integrity and humility.”

The space is designed to boost employee productivity, with LED lighting aided by natural light, providing a cozy ambience. Surrounded by the expanse of the Prestige Shantiniketan complex, the 7th floor office covers an area of over 15,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 75 employees. The vibrant design and colours in the cafeteria makes the workplace a perfect environment to mix work with pleasure, allowing employees to relax and refuel during their breaks. There are breakout areas, writing walls for discussions by the engineering teams and a boardroom which also doubles-up as a training room.
