PRAMA Presents Latest Smart City and Safe City Solutions at ‘Municipalika -2026’ in New Delhi

Prama India participated in the 18th edition of the ‘Municipalika-2026’ event to present the latest Smart City and Safe City solutions to India’s myriad local governance bodies. The event was inaugurated by Shri Manohar Lal Khattar, Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs and Minister of Power, among other dignitaries. The event was organised from 25-27 February at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The ‘Municipalika’ is India’s oldest and largest trade show and conference platform for safe, smart, and sustainable city solutions. The Prama India booth at ‘Municipalika’ received an overwhelming response from industry leaders, tech innovators, town planners, and end users from the housing and urban infrastructure development and built environment sectors in India.

Commenting on being part of the ‘Municipalika’ Expo, Prama India management spokesperson said, “India’s future cities are being planned and built under the Smart City Mission and Safe City projects. This event is a huge opportunity to develop innovative security solutions and customised applications. The ‘Municipalika’ event has provided a unique platform to premiere the cutting-edge technologies and innovations for the key stakeholders. We have showcased the latest technologies, bespoke products and innovative solutions. We reaffirm our commitment to provide ‘Made-in-India’ solutions for the Indian cities.”

A meticulously designed Prama India booth at ‘Municipalika-2026’ was one of the key attractions for the visitors. It showcased the latest products and solutions, including Integrated Command & Control Centre, AISense Technology, Transportation Solution, Safe City Solution, Defence Sector Solution, Mobile Enforcement and ADAS, Network & Transmission, UPS, etc.

In a concurrent event at ‘Municipalika’, an insightful conference titled ‘International Conference on Safe, Smart and Sustainable City Solutions’  was organised on the theme- ‘Safe and secure Cities, Disaster Response and Resilience, City surveillance. Prama India representative, Prashant Hegde, Vertical head- PPOGM, Heavy Industries & Transportation, Prama India Private Limited,  gave a corporate presentation on Prama India’s latest products for city resilience and surveillance. In the concurrent panel discussion, Rajesh Palkar, Vice President, Government Consultant Business, Prama India Private Limited, shared his insights on City Resilience and City Surveillance in times of emergency. During this session at the conference, Rajesh Palkar, Vice President – Government and Consultant Business, Prama India Pvt. Ltd., introduced PRAMA Smart City and Safe Solutions in intricate detail during the panel discussion. He spoke about various scenarios in which these Smart City and Safe City Solutions can add value to disaster management and emergency security operations.

In the ‘Municipalika’ Conference session on the third day, i.e. 27th  February, Prama India representative Prashant Hegde, Vertical head- PPOGM, Heavy Industries & Transportation, Prama India Private Limited, participated in a thought-provoking session on the theme, ‘Integrated urban Mobility: Mass Transit, Regional Rapid Systems & electric Vehicles’.

The event was attended by 10+ countries, 25+ Indian states, 300+ exhibitors, 500+ cities represented, 3,000+ delegates, and 10,000+ trade visitors, ensuring interaction with policymakers, city leaders, and urban and housing stakeholders seeking technologies and solutions. The ‘Municipalika-2026’ provided a mega networking forum for governments, experts, entrepreneurs, and service providers to find solutions to urban challenges. The ‘Municipalika’ Exhibition & Conference in New Delhi concluded successfully with thought-provoking conferences and networking sessions.
