The learning form recent past catastrophic major disaster claim 165 life take place at Tianjin's harbour in August of 2015 at China's.The immediate cause of the accident was the spontaneous ignition of overly dry nitrocellulose stored in a container that overheatedand later on use of water on chemical by emergency response team due to non-availability of safety or lack of hazardous chemical fire safety awareness also 24×7 non-availability of owner of warehouse at warehouse.

The second Major explosion and Fire incident on 5 Jan 2013 claims 4 to 5 people life at Indian oil corporation terminal depot at Hazira Surat the cause of incident were violation of work permit system, procedure and precaution not followed for control of ignition sources.
